Что (кто) такое germinal vesicle - определение

FEMALE GAMETOCYTE OR GERM CELL INVOLVED EARLY IN REPRODUCTION; IMMATURE PRECURSOR OF OVUM PRODUCED IN THE OVARY DURING FEMALE GAMETOGENESIS
Ovocyte; Oocytes; Primary oöcytes; Secondary oöcyte; Primary oocyte; Oöcytes; Primary oocytes; Secondary oocyte; Germinal vesicle; Cell-nest; Cell nest; Ocovyte; Oöcyte
 • Diagram showing the reduction in number of the [[chromosomes]] in the process of maturation of the [[ovum]]; the process is known as [[meiosis]].
 • ''Xenopus laevis'']] oocyte
 • Oocyte poles

Germinal center
 • Histologic comparison of cell types in a germinal center, H&E stain:
- '''[[Centrocyte]]s''' are small to medium size with angulated, elongated, cleaved, or twisted nuclei.
- '''[[Centroblast]]s''' are larger cells containing vesicular nuclei with one to three basophilic nucleoli apposing the nuclear membrane.
- '''[[Follicular dendritic cell]]s''' have round nuclei, centrally located nucleoli, bland and dispersed chromatin, and flattening of adjacent nuclear membrane.
 • Histology of a normal secondary [[lymphoid follicle]], showing dark, light, mantle and marginal zones.
ACTIVATED CENTER OF A LYMPHOID FOLLICLE IN SECONDARY LYMPHOID TISSUE
Germinal-center; Germinal centre; Germinal centers; Germ centers; Primary follicle; Germinal Center; Germinal Centers; Germinal centres
Germinal centers or germinal centres (GCs) are transiently formed structures within B cell zone (follicles) in secondary lymphoid organs – lymph nodes, ileal Peyer's patches, and the spleen – where mature B cells are activated, proliferate, differentiate, and mutate their antibody genes (through somatic hypermutation aimed at achieving higher affinity) during a normal immune response; most of the germinal center B cells (BGC) are removed by tingible body macrophages. The B cells develop dynamically after the activation of follicular B cells by T-dependent antigen.
Brain vesicle
 • human embryo.]]
BULGE-LIKE FEATURES OF THE EARLY NEURAL TUBE DURING EMBRYONIC BRAIN DEVELOPMENT
Vesicle (brain development); Vesicle (embryology); Brain vesicles; Primary brain vesicles; Secondary brain vesicles
Brain vesicles are the bulge-like features of the early development of the neural tube in vertebrates. Vesicle formation begins shortly after anterior neural tube closure at about embryonic day 9.
SV2A
MAMMALIAN PROTEIN FOUND IN HOMO SAPIENS
SV2A (gene); Synaptic vesicle glycoprotein 2A; Synaptic vesicle protein 2A
Synaptic vesicle glycoprotein 2A is a ubiquitous synaptic vesicle protein that in humans is encoded by the SV2A gene. The protein is targeted by the anti-epileptic drugs (anticonvulsants) levetiracetam and brivaracetam.

Oocyte

An oocyte (UK: , US: ), oöcyte, or ovocyte is a female gametocyte or germ cell involved in reproduction. In other words, it is an immature ovum, or egg cell. An oocyte is produced in a female fetus in the ovary during female gametogenesis. The female germ cells produce a primordial germ cell (PGC), which then undergoes mitosis, forming oogonia. During oogenesis, the oogonia become primary oocytes. An oocyte is a form of genetic material that can be collected for cryoconservation.
